  • As a Key Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant and retail partners, ensuring their success on our platform while driving Wolt's growth in the market.
  • Key Responsibilities Collaborate to build strong and meaningful relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Lead strategic renegotiations of commercial terms with partners, introducing Wolt products and services to expand offerings and increase revenue.
  • Provide consultation to partners on improvements, quality checks, and creative strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Regularly assess partner performance, prioritize actions to maximize impact, and support growth using business intelligence tools.
  • Gather feedback from partners and translate it into improvement opportunities for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Requirements Proven success in account management roles with a strong commercial mindset driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical judgment.
  • Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker or Power BI to turn data into decisions.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication across a wide range of stakeholders.
