Licensing Operations Analyst

Analyze licensing compliance through large-scale record audits for sales, product, and finance teams.

• •Verkada is seeking a highly diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team on-site at our San Mateo headquarters.
• •In this critical role, you will partner directly with our sales, product, and finance teams to drive licensing compliance through comprehensive, large-scale record audits.
• •Key Responsibilities Assisting sales/product/finance teams with licensing by reviewing customer compliance and license states.
• •Serving as the point of contact for handling licensing inquiries not described in our support knowledge base articles.
• •Potentially expanding into other high-impact projects depending on candidate ability and team needs.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree.
• •Strong attention to detail and a hard-working and diligent attitude for auditing thousands of records.
• •Strong business written and verbal communication skills.
• •Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and SQL/Python is preferred.
• •Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, California.
