Set the direction for workforce data measurement and analysis at Harvey.
- •You'll be Harvey's founding People Data Analytics Lead, setting the direction for workforce data measurement and analysis.
- •Key Responsibilities Build a cohesive view of Harvey's employee lifecycle.
- •Own the vision and roadmap for people data infrastructure.
- •Consolidate workforce data across various HR systems.
- •Define and maintain people metrics dictionary.
- •Design frameworks to forecast headcount and model attrition.
- •Requirements 7+ years in people analytics or HR data.
- •Strong SQL skills.
- •Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake).
- •Experience with at least one data viz tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
