Set the direction for workforce data measurement and analysis at Harvey.

  • You'll be Harvey's founding People Data Analytics Lead, setting the direction for workforce data measurement and analysis.
  • Key Responsibilities Build a cohesive view of Harvey's employee lifecycle.
  • Own the vision and roadmap for people data infrastructure.
  • Consolidate workforce data across various HR systems.
  • Define and maintain people metrics dictionary.
  • Design frameworks to forecast headcount and model attrition.
  • Requirements 7+ years in people analytics or HR data.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake).
  • Experience with at least one data viz tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
