About the role
Technical customer advocate for Cloudflare's solution portfolio, driving technical wins and customer success.
- •The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers.
- •As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare, working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to create scalable solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare.
- •Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
- •Design and implement scalable solutions for customer needs.
- •Explain complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms.
- •Obtain the technical win to ensure customers choose Cloudflare's proposed solutions.
- •Requirements Business Fluency in German.
- •Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
- •Fundamental understanding of how the internet works (TCP/UDP, DNS, firewalls, TLS, HTTP).
