Senior Engineering Manager - Clients Platform

Lead the Clients Platform team, defining the vision for Verkada's software feel, performance, and scale.

• •Verkada is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Clients Platform team.
• •This team is responsible for the foundational architecture of Verkada's "Command" interface, including the Design System, CI/CD pipelines, and modularization of Web and Mobile codebases.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the multi-quarter effort to modularize Web (React) and Mobile (Native) codebases.
• •Define the future of the client-side stack, evaluating and driving adoption of new technologies.
• •Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 15-20 engineers, including leads and sub-managers.
• •Own the Verkada Design System and CI/CD infrastructure.
• •Partner with stakeholders to align the platform roadmap with product expansion goals.
• •Requirements 10+ years of experience in engineering management, with experience managing other managers or leads.
• •Experience leading "Platform," "Core," or "Infrastructure" teams.
• •Extensive experience with React and a strong understanding of Native Mobile (Swift/Kotlin) ecosystems.
