  • Advanced Selling: Drive the full-cycle sales of Professional Services & Training programs.
  • Account Growth: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales and GTM teams to prioritize targets.
  • Customer Sentiment: Proactively monitor customer sentiment and take corrective actions.
  • Requirements 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business. 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles.
  • Deep understanding of PS&T offerings and Databricks architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
