Cloud Operations Engineer

• •Join Cato Networks as a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure the performance and reliability of our network services.
• •Key Responsibilities Implement and improve network monitoring and alerting systems.
• •Lead escalations of critical network and service incidents.
• •Investigate and resolve complex network issues.
• •Work closely with Engineering on new versions and features.
• •Create runbooks and workflows to streamline troubleshooting.
• •Requirements Minimum of 3 years as Network engineer or similar role.
• •Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, DNS, TCP/IP).
• •Proficiency in tools like Grafana, Sensu, Zabbix.
• •Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
