About the role
Drive sales operations and strategy for renewals, focusing on analytics, program management, and process engineering.
- •As a member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter.
- •You will sit at the intersection of Sales and Product, driving the business understanding of the renewal engine and defining the tools required to enable Sales, Partners, and customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct retention analysis, perform cohort analysis to identify churn or expansion reasons, and build predictive models to flag "at-risk" accounts.
- •Lead cross-functional initiatives, owning the roadmap, milestones, and internal enablement for new programs or tool transitions.
- •Identify bottlenecks in the customer lifecycle, designing and implementing scalable workflows that reduce manual tasks for the Sales Team and Partners.
- •Requirements High-impact self-starter with the ability to operate well with little guidance.
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL, Tableau, or Looker experience is a plus.
- •Process and operational thinking with previous Salesforce experience being a plus.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup.
