Category Manager (WM)

Manage category assortment, trading plans, and supplier relationships for Wolt Market in Greece.

• •Wolt Market is seeking a Category Manager to build and manage the assortment and trading plan for their grocery stores in Greece.
• •This role involves supplier relationships, category performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• •Key Responsibilities Own assigned category performance, including forecasting and reporting.
• •Define and update store-level assortments to meet customer needs.
• •Lead negotiations with suppliers to improve cost structure and P&L.
• •Work cross-functionally with in-stock management, marketing, and finance.
• •Improve and automate manual processes for scalability.
• •Requirements Three (3) years of solid experience in category management.
• •Experience in non-food categories is a strong plus.
• •Background in online grocery, traditional grocery retail, or e-commerce.
