  • As a Key Account Associate, you will assist in managing a portfolio of national brands to improve account performance and partner relationships.
  • You will work with restaurants to maximize brand coverage, onboard new locations, and identify growth opportunities.
  • You will also play an internal role in coordinating with marketing and operations teams.
  • Key Responsibilities Maximize brand coverage and facilitate onboarding of new restaurants.
  • Identify and activate growth levers such as promotional campaigns and visibility enhancements.
  • Implement corrective actions for operational issues (opening, rejections, wait times).
  • Build effective relationships to gather information and report weekly to managers.
  • Coordinate internally with marketing and operations functions.
  • Requirements At least 1 year of experience in client/account management.
  • Negotiation and sales skills.
